I've always been strong. Growing up on a farm of sorts, slinging hay bales and wrangling horses, will do that for you. I remember senior prom when I wore a sleeveless dress and one of my friends exclaimed, "You're so buff!" She meant it as a compliment, but since I already had issues with my body, I took it negatively and didn't wear anything sleeveless for a long time after that. I embrace my strength (and my muscles) more these days. My Husband says he loves that I'm strong - I can take whatever he wants to give me without much concern he'll hurt me. I'm flexible enough to bend and strong enough to hold positions without restraints when he wants that (or when I do). Also, I'm very handy to have around when manual labor needs to be done! One day he walked in on me naked, our sex chair over my head, moving it from one side of the room to the next, and he became very excited... So yes, I'm very strong. My somewhat small frame belies the strength beneath. I'm learning to love myself more and more, so today I'm showing off some muscles :)
